What does an engagement actually cost?
Scoped projects start at $4k. Monthly retainers start at $3k with a three-month minimum. Advisory sprints start at $2k. Everything is fixed-price and written down before we start.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week of signing. If you need to start tomorrow, say so. Sometimes I can. If I can't, I'll tell you that on the first call instead of stringing you along.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Almost all of my work is white-label or NDA'd. Send yours, or I'll send mine.
Can you work with my existing team or agency?
Often, yes. Some of my best work has been embedded inside larger teams or filling a gap a bigger agency couldn't. Tell me the shape of your team in the brief.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's the most common situation. The 30-min discovery call exists for exactly this reason. You describe the mess, I tell you what shape an engagement could take.
What if you're not the right fit?
I'll tell you on the first call, and where I can, I'll point you toward someone who is. Better to lose 30 minutes than three months.
